This Quick Start Guide walks you through the six foundational practices from my Foundations book; Bible Study, Prayer, Solitude, Worship, Fasting, and Sabbath, in a way that is simple, clear, and approachable. This is not a checklist of habits to perform. It is a guided starting point to help you step into relationship with God.
Each section includes:

- scripture-based understanding
- a guided study with step-by-step support
- simple action steps you can apply immediately
If you have not yet read the book, this guide will give you a simple place to begin. If you have read the book, this guide will help you apply what you’ve learned. You will not be left guessing how to start, because I guide you through each habit in a way that builds confidence and removes pressure.
