Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure every product is of the highest quality. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

Once we review your claim, we will provide a resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.
